Aluminum conducts heat four times better than conventional steel which means that the body of the PK distributes heat quickly and evenly allowing for efficient cooking. Not only is the body of the PK aluminum, the cart is also aluminum and features stainless steel hardware. This grill will not rust away!

Hot & Fast or Low & Slow

The PK Grill's design allows you to setup the exact kind of cook you want. Put the charcoal directly in the center for hot and fast cooking or move the fire off to the side for low-and-slow smoking. The design of the body and placement of the top vents create natural convection so all sides of your food get even heat. The aluminum construction distributes heat evenly across the whole body of the grill so there are no surprises when you open the lid.
